• JacqAl.com is committed to protecting the privacy of competition entrants, website visitors and readers in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• We will not, under any circumstances, share any information you provide to us with a third party.
• Information will be used only to contact readers who have requested further information about forthcoming publications or to notify winners of competitions and prize draws.
• If feedback is received about Jacqui’s work, it may be posted (in full or in part) on the Readers’ Comments page of the website together with the general area in which the reader lives (or the contact method used). It may also be posted on our Facebook page. Facebook entries also appear on Jacqui’s Twitter log.

Competitions/Prize Draws - General

• From time to time JacqAl.com will feature competitions or prize draws. These are always free to enter.
• Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Children under 18 years of age may only enter with the permission of their parent/legal guardian (or teacher, if entering as part of a school group).
• Entrants must be resident in the UK.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
• Entries will only be included if received via the appropriate contact form or email address notified on this website.
• The judge’s decision is final.
• No alternative prize or cash equivalent is available.
• Winners will be notified via email. We will make all reasonable attempts to contact winners, however, if no response is received with 28 days of a winning notification, or if the email address provided is incorrect, the entry will be deemed null and void and the prize will be withdrawn.
• Prizes will be sent by 1^st class post with Recorded Delivery to the address provided by the winner.
• Names and general locations of winners may be posted on this website and on our Facebook page, Facebook entries also appear on Jacqui’s Twitter log.
